Phil Lesh Returns to Central Park This Summer with Set of JGB Featuring Melvin Seals and Nicki Bluhm

Phil Lesh will return to Central Park in New York on August 30 for a Summerstage show with the Terrapin Family Band and special guests Melvin Seals and Nicki Bluhm.
The show will feature an entire set of Jerry Garcia Band music, as the band pays tribute to the Grateful Dead guitarist’s solo project with one of its longtime members. Seals and Lesh recently crossed paths over the weekend when the bassist joined JGB for the first time ever at Terrapin Crossroads, contributing to takes on “Shakedown Street” and “Sugaree.”
