Watch Ryan Adams Talk ‘Prisoner’ and Perform Solo on KCRW

February 21, 2017

Ryan Adams appeared on KCRW closer to his Los Angeles home base for a chat on “Morning Becomes Electric” (or as he called it “Morning Becomes Sad”) as well as an acoustic performance of tunes from his new album Prisoner, released on Friday.

Adams rolled through excellent solo versions of the album’s lead single “Do You Still Love Me?,” “Prisoner,” “Doomsday,” “Breakdown” and a “To Be Without You” dedicated to Paul Stanley after he joked he’d now be performing a folk version of Kiss’s Alive II live record.
