Lebowski Festival Founder Arrested at Bowling Alley

Will Russell, the founder of Lebowski Festival, was arrested over the weekend after police allegedly caught him smoking pot in a bowling alley parking lot, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal.
The paper reports that at about 5 PM on Saturday, Russell was arrested at Executive Strike & Spare on charges of possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and menacing. A police report also states that as he was arrested, Russell “apologized for acting like a savage.”
On his Facebook page, Russell wrote, “Don’t worry. Be happy for me.”
Lebowski Fest is slated to take place August 21-22 in Milwaukee, WI with funk outfit Here Come the Mummies.
