The Walcotts named themselves after The Band’s “The W.S. Walcott Medicine Show,” a song that alludes to the traveling medicine shows that Levon Helm witnessed while growing up in Arkansas. The Band is also an ideal reference point for the group, as reflected on The Walcotts’ debut record, Let The Devil Win. Here they share a tune from the album, live at Relix.
