My Morning Jacket’s Carl Broemel has just released his latest solo record, 4th of July. He recently stopped by Relix to perform “Sleepy Lagoon” and “Rockingchair Dancer” from the new album. Broemel will support 4th of July with a series of dates starting with a Austin gig on September 21 and then an extended tour that opens on October 6 in Lexington, KY.
