One of the most unique shows played this year came when the Foo Fighters closed out their European tour with a show at the historic Acropolis in Athens, a landmark show played as a part of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Chad Smith’s new show for PBS, appropriately titled Landmarks. 

The Foo Fighters’ episode premieres on November 10 and documents that visit earlier this year. In the meantime, check out a preview of the show with a roaring version of “The Pretender” where Dave Grohl sprints from end to end of the stage for a thrilling rendition of one of the band’s heaviest songs.
