Relix Premieres Song from Megafaun’s Joe Westerlund: Grandma Sparrow “This Is My Wheelhouse”

May 20 is the official release date for Grandma Sparrow & his Piddletractor Orchestra. The album, which is a “psychedelic children’s song-cycle for adults” is the new project from Joe Westerlund (Megafaun, Gayngs, Califone). Grandma Sparrow & his Piddletractor Orchestra is an amalgam of audio collage, improvisation, atonal sounds and enchanting melodies with an amateur youth choir drawn in for good measure. Today we premiere “This Is My Wheelhouse” from the record, which is now available for pre-order through Spacebomb Records.
