Kings of Leon will perform on the December 14 episode ofSaturday Night Live, which will be hosted by John Goodman. However, the Nashville-based rockers will also be appearing somewhere else this December—the cover of Relix.

That upcoming issue will also feature pieces on the North Mississippi Allstars, The Head and The Heart and Brett Dennen, as well as interviews with Brian Wilson, Umphrey’s McGee’s Brendan Bayliss, Justin Bieber musical director/Phish aficionado Dan Kanter and more.

Kings of Leon released Mechanical Bull—their sixth studio album—back in September. The band have performed on a number of television programs since the album’s release, including a 45-minute set for Live on Letterman as well as a recent slot at MTV’s European Music Awards.
