For those wondering why Jack White is appearing at the top of festival lineups, this could be why. The rock and roll aficionado confirmed the release of his sophomore solo effort Lazaretto due out June 10 via his own Third Man Records. The album serves as the follow-up to 2011’s wildly popular Blunderbuss which garnered White a few Grammy nominations along the way.

A limited edition of the album will be released to members of the Third Man Records Vault and will include a vinyl pressing of the album as well as to early demos from the recording sessions. Along with the new solo album, White will also release a record with Neil Young and continue the release of The Dead Weather singles.
