Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band Honor James Gandolfini

A taste of “Born to Run” from Ricoh Arena.
As NJ.com first reported last night Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band delivered a tribute to the late actor James Gandolfini during their show on Thursday at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry, England. The group performed Born to Run in its entirety and dedicated it to “Our good friend James Gandolfini.” E Street Band member Steve Van Zandt appeared with the late actor on The Sopranos as mob consigliere Silvio Dante. Earlier in the day Van Zandt shared via twitter, “I have lost a brother and a best friend. The world has lost one of the greatest actors of all time.”
