Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival returns to Saratoga, NY, this year to celebrate its 40th anniversary with a lineup headlined by Chaka Khan and two artists who were at the inaugural festival in 1978, Jean-Luc Ponty and Dee Dee Bridgewater.

Also included in the lineup are the Gipsy Kings, who will be making their Saratoga debut, along with supergroup Hudson featuring Jack DeJohnette, John Scofield, John Medeski and Larry Grenadier, plus The Suffers, Cory Henry (of Snarky Puppy) & Funk Apostles, Quinn Sullivan, Jacob Collier and more, including a centennial celebration of the births of Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, Mongo Santamaría and Thelonious Monk.
