Riot Fest is scheduled for September 14-16, and the Chicago-based festival has revealed its first wave of artists, including Blink 182, Beck, Elvis Costello, Incubus, Interpol, Blondie, Jerry Lee Lewis and many more.

Looking further down the bill, Riot Fest – which is celebrating its 14th year – has crafted a broad lineup of acts from shock-rock legends GWAR to power-pop mainstay Liz Phair to indie prophet Father John Misty.
