Classic East and West Festivals Confirm Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Steely Dan and More

March 14, 2017

Earlier this month, a new bi-coastal festival featuring iconic classic rock acts was rumored, and the dual festival has been confirmed by Billboard to include headliners Fleetwood Mac and the Eagles, along with an impressive supporting lineup that will play both New York and Los Angeles for the inaugural Classic East and Classic West festivals this summer.

Classic West will start the festival on July 15–16 at LA’s Dodger Stadium, while the New York iteration will take place on July 29–30 at Citi Field. Set to the Eagles on the first nights of the two festivals are Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers, and Fleetwood Mac will round out each weekend after performances from Journey and Earth Wind & Fire.

The Classic festivals come after the successful two-weekend Desert Trip in California that brought together The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, Roger Waters, Neil Young and The Who.
