BottleRock Pulls Plug on Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl Don’t Care

May 30, 2017

Festival curfews, especially those held in the heart of a city, can really piss all over a great moment as it did here.

As the San Francisco Gate reports, the Foo Fighters’ anthemic finale to their headlining set at BottleRock Napa Valley this weekend was cut just a few minutes short as the festival shut it down before the final chorus to “Everlong.”

Grohl and the Foos were allotted a two-hour headlining spot when the 10 PM curfew hit, prompting festival security to pull the plug on the band as to not violate any noise ordinances.

That didn’t particularly phase the Foos, who paused for a moment and then finished the song anyway much to the delight of the crowd.
