Music videos are basically worthless these days, with MTV opting for more episodes of Teen Mom rather than actually living up to their name. But every now and then, like in this very case, a band comes along with a music video actually worth watching. Whether it’s visually captivating or, in this case, hilarious, music videos can still be a useful tool in promoting an album and a song.

Which brings us to Tame Impala’s latest creation, their “official live video” for their single “Cause I’m a Man” which features the band playing live–as puppets. It’s a true recreation of the band’s actual live performance, with plenty of psychedelic projections (check the proof) and Kevin Parker’s scarf. Let’s just hope that Puppet Tame Impala hits the road sometime soon with their human counterparts.
