After making headlines in the news lately, Neil Young appeared on Late Show with Stephen Colbert for an interview but not a performance, as Young discussed a slew of environmental issues to go along with his forthcoming album EARTH. 

Colbert mixed in some humorous bits, welcoming out the “GMO corn intern” combating with Young on the issue of GMOs. Young also plugged his PONO player and briefly spoke on his forthcoming album, due out in June. 

The final segment came in a pre-taped interview backstage with Colbet talking to Young about his statements on Donald Trump’s usage of his tune “Rockin’ in the Free World.”
