Joe Russo’s Almost Dead continue to be one of the most riveting Grateful Dead projects running and they proved it once again with another successful run at Brooklyn Bowl.
The band’s made waves by sprinkling their “Jersey edge” onto the gentle stylings of the Grateful Dead’s music and one of the finest examples came during their March 11 show when “Althea” exploded into a frantic display of guitar fireworks led by Scott Metzger and Tom Hamilton.
