Watch: Gary Clark Jr. Delivers “The Healing” on ‘The Tonight Show’

Gary Clark Jr. began his support for his upcoming record The Story of Sonny Boy Slim with a visit to Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show. The host introduced the Austin guitarist by calling him “one of our favorites” and “one of the best performers out there.” Clark and his band then kicked into a soulful, bluesy rendition of the first single from the album, “The Healing.” Watch it below.
Clark’s The Story of Sonny Boy Slim arrives September 11 via Warner. He will also appear on this season’s edition of Austin City Limits.
