Watch Footage from the Final Les Brers Performance at Peach Festival

August 14, 2017

This weekend’s Peach Music Festival was a giant homage to the legacy of the Allman Brothers Band as both Gregg Allman and Butch Trucks were celebrated at length in Scranton, PA.

One of the more poignant tributes came from Trucks’ group Les Brers, comprised of a number of former bandmates and close ABB associates, who fittingly played their last show ever as a nod to Trucks. Filling in was Butch’s nephew Duane Trucks, who sat between Jaimoe and Marc Quinones to lead the ensemble through their final show ever.

Watch the closing number below, a lengthy “Whipping Post” and a fitting finale of “Will the Circle be Unbroken.”
