If you happen to run up on Ben Stiller in a Beastie Boys trivia challenge–you’re going to lose. Last night on Late Night with Seth Meyers, Stiller sat down to discuss his new movie While We’re Young which features Beastie Boys’ Ad-Rock.

This led to a discussion about his association with the group as well as his appearance in the band’s 2006 film Awesome; I Fuckin’ Shot That where Stiller can be seen rapping along to just about every lyric. As you’ll see below, that was no coincidence as Ben Stiller finished lyrics to “Root Down,” “Sure Shot,” “So What’cha Want” and “Shake Your Rump” with relative ease.

Stiller also spoke on his appearance on stage with the popular NYC rappers at the 2008 Rock the Vote tour. He joined in for a take on “Root Down” and admits that’s the most scared he’s ever been on stage. Replay the segment below.
