Fleetwood Mac and Christine McVie are back together, for now, as the group announced today the keyboardist would rejoin the band for the first time since her departure in 1998. These dates will also serve as the first since John McVie was diagnosed with cancer, forcing the band to postpone their previous tour dates. In other exciting Fleetwood Mac news, the band also confirmed they have plans for a new full-length studio album, their first together since Say You Will in 2003.

McVie is responsible for several Fleetwood Mac hits, such as “Don’t Stop,” “Say You Love Me” and “Over My Head,” among others. She retired following the band’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
