Video Premiere: Wild Adriatic “The Ocean” (Led Zeppelin Cover)
Upstate New York rockers Wild Adriatic have released their very first live album Live, Volume One: No Way, Let’s Do It available for pre-order on their website. The album includes a slew of originals as well as a cover below of Led Zeppelin’s “The Ocean,” which we are proud to premiere the live video for today.
On the tune, the band told Relix, “We’ve always been huge Zeppelin fans. When we got the opportunity to do a full Led Zeppelin set on The Rock Boat XVI, we really threw ourselves into their tunes and went back to bootlegs from the late 60s/early 70s to try to learn as much as we could about playing their tunes. ‘The Ocean’ quickly became one of our favorite songs to play live. Anytime we can get our dads psyched and simultaneously get an entire room of people to sing along – that’s a win/win for us!”
