The second leg of the Wheels of Soul Tour kicks off on July 10 in Houston (dates appear below and can be found here). The tour features Tedeschi Trucks Band, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings and Doyle Bramhall II. Today we premiere two videos that highlight the nature of this collaborative endeavor, which features plenty of sit-ins each night. A live version of “Tell Mama” (a song long associated with Etta James) from June 9 in Las Vegas is followed by a conversation with Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, Sharon Jones and Doyle Bramhall II.
