Indie roots act Benyaro will unveil their latest album One Step Ahead of Your Past on September 8 and today we premiere the official video for the song “Is It Worth It.” 

“People often make decisions not to say, do or try something in life based on fear of criticism or repercussion. Unfortunately, this turns us into a society of ‘followers,'” Ben Musser said of the song and video. “Herd-like. You can see it in politics, art, school; many places.

“‘Is It Worth It’ acknowledges that valid fear and poses the question; but, it is our hope folks feel empowered when listening to the song and encouraged to speak, be, and live their truth. Haters gonna hate. Just do it. But, stay safe out there.”
