Arcade Fire is sitting atop the rock and roll throne at the moment and don’t intend on letting anyone challenge said throne for quite some time. On top of performing their original songs, which include cuts from the wildly popular Reflektor, at each stop the band is paying homage to local musicians.

Minneapolis featured a Prince cover, Michigan native Stevie Wonder was honored in Detroit, Canadian outfit Constantines in Toronto and now these latest two–Boyz II Men’s “Motownphilly” in Philadelphia and Devo’s “Uncontrollable Urge” in Cleveland. Needless to say, on top of their already stacked catalog, Arcade Fire is taking one country-wide victory lap with this latest stunt.
