Throwback Thursday: Gov’t Mule Cover moe. at Mountain Jam

Following their co-bill tour in 2012, Gov’t Mule employed a cover of moe.’s “Opium” during their 2013 campaign, as Warren Haynes sat in on the tune throughout that tour. That year at the Haynes-hosted Mountain Jam, Gov’t Mule performed the tune with special guest Bill Evans, who added his sax to the 11-minute performance.
As we approach the start of this year’s Mountain Jam festival in Hunter Mountain, NY, let’s throw it back to that time Mule covered moe. in 2013.
