The String Cheese Incident’s second of three shows at Red Rocks Amphitheater saw them jam with the likes of Rhonda Thomas and Tony White on “Sweet Spot” and an encore cover of “Billie Jean” as well as Dave Watts and Big Gigantic’s Jeremy Salken, who sat in on “Drums” to kick off the encore.
