The Meters at the Orpheum Theatre (A Gallery)

The Meters celebrated their 50th anniversary with a show at the Orpheum Theatre in New Orleans as Jazz Fest continued in the band’s hometown. The band was honored at the start of the show with an induction into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame and went on to perform with a horn section throughout the night as well as special guests Marc Broussard and Cyril Neville.
