Stephen Colbert went live last night before Election Day and welcomed another famous Stephen/Steven/Stevie, speaking of course of Wonder. It was live, so there was not much Colbert could do from Wonder going off on a tangent, and naturally the first few minutes of the interview are spent on an analogy that essentially boiled down to Wonder likening voting for Donald Trump and his personal ability to perform surgery or drive a car (If, of course, you believe Wonder is actually blind). 

Once Colbert grabbed ahold of the show, he asked Stevie to soothe the mood of America with a rendition of “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing” with Jon Batiste and Stay Human.
