Solo acoustic shows are the perfect vessels for laying your life story out for a gathered group of friends, family and strangers, and Trey Anastasio’s solo tour this month, which just wrapped up this past Sunday, delivered that in spades. Now, an intrepid fan has compiled over two hours of stories from the Phish frontman’s string of banter-filled shows into one amazing supercut.

Thanks to 215 Music, all of Anastasio’s various tales from the tour—from serious to silly—are captured in one place, as can be heard in the video below. Starting with a follow-up to his “Doomsday Prepper” revelation from his last solo acoustic tour, the clips also include Anastasio telling the story of helping a kid named Peyton get back to his family during a concert, why Mike Gordon wasn’t allowed to drive the Phish tour van in the band’s early days, reflections on his late friend Chris Cottrell, a shoutout to Broad City‘s Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer and more.

If you’re a Phish fan, this is right up your alley, and even if you’re not, honestly this is still a great collection of stories from a life well-lived. Listen below.
