We all remember where we were when Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy got up on the podium enraged, delivering a tirade for the ages punctuated by the now classic line “I’m a man! I’m 40!”

Gundy was ranting and raving about an article written about benched quarterback Bobby Reid, which brought into question his maturity as a reason for the demotion. The coach was right to stand by his player but made headlines in a whole different way after a lengthy rant (which has its own Genius page) and one that still rules as the gold standard for coaching blowouts. 

That all said, someone celebrated the tenth anniversary of Gundy’s blowup by inserting him into the Tame Impala classic “Cause I’m a Man” and it works on so many levels.
