It’s definitely been a banner year for Philadelphia-based Federal Donuts. After supplying thousands to the hungry visitors at Madison Square Garden during Phish’s thirteen-night run in New York and opening up a sixth location in Miami, the donut, fried chicken and coffee emporium is releasing a cookbook today.

The (Partially) True Spectacular Story details many of their Instagram-ready desserts and all of the comfort food recipes you could possibly want for a rainy day. 

According to Philly’s Eater outlet, the cookbook will be celebrated with a block party this weekend, October 1, where there will be music (no, Phish will not be playing), free fried chicken sandwiches, signature donuts and beer!

All in all, sounds like the second best event involving Federal Donuts this summer, with thirteen Phish shows holding firm at that top spot. If you want to relive the flavors of the Baker’s Dozen, pick up the book here.
