Not April Fool’s: Moon Taxi Being Called On to Save Taxi Industry
Musicians have a unique platform on which to voice their passion for certain causes. Sometimes that leads to wonderful things and sometimes none of that matters and you get solicited simply based on someone not knowing you’re a band.
As you’ll see below, Moon Taxi was charged with saving the taxi industry by a company called cabbieR (they have a Facebook page and everything) that aims to support legal taxis so we’re not stuck buried under the weight of Uber fare surges for the rest of time.
Unfortunately for cabbieR, they may want to scratch off “Black Taxi” and “Great American Taxi” from their list of contacts as well.
