The Fox Theatre in Detroit will forever be known as the venue and city where Soundgarden played their final show with frontman Chris Cornell, as the iconic singer died just hours after stepping off stage. 

With that in mind, Norah Jones delivered a heartfelt, stunning rendition of “Black Hole Sun” on that very stage in one of its first shows following Cornell’s death. Jones sat alone on the piano and brought the house down in one of the most poignant tributes to the late frontman yet.
