Saturday at Jazz Fest saw the likes of Johnny Winter, Foster the People and many more perform at the Blues and Samsung stages. Additional acts gracing the festival grounds were Jon Batiste & Stay Human, The Revivalists, Midnight Disturbers and many more. As night fell, bands took to the stages at various venues around New Orleans including Sister Sparrow & the Dirty Birds performing at Blue Nile and Hot 8 Brass Band at d.b.a. along with Eric McFadden’s 10 Project–who closed down the venue for the evening with special guests Marco Benevento, Norwood Fisher, Jerry Joseph, Corey Glover and more.
