Joe Russo, Josh Kaufman and Jon Shaw Back Craig Finn on ‘Seth Meyers’

The Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn is back with a new solo record We All Want the Same Things and hit the late night stage on Late Night with Seth Meyers to perform the album’s single “Preludes.”
Joining him was frequent collaborators and familiar faces Joe Russo, Josh Kaufman and Jon Shaw. Finn enlisted all three for his solo band in 2015 as a part of a brief run of shows and they all reunited last night for a television performance. Kaufman, of course, spent his most recent years helping Bob Weir craft Blue Mountain meanwhile Shaw toured around with WOLF! and also played as a fill-in with Russo in Almost Dead when Dave Dreiwitz reunited with Ween.
