In case you’re not the sporting type, we’ll have to catch you up on the latest happenings in the NBA which starts and ends with Warriors center Zaza Pachulia undercutting the Spurs’ Kawhi Leonard on a jumpshot, injuring his ankle. 

The incident is the topic of conversation today as the internet tries to determine whether or not Pachulia intended to injure Leonard (he didn’t) and if he’s a dirty player overall (he is). Ultimately the injury could cost San Antonio their season a lot quicker than if Leonard was out on the floor, as the Spurs don’t have much of a chance against the mighty Warriors but stand zero chance without him. Meanwhile, the Warriors without Zaza Pachulia for game two will be just fine. 

Zaza Pachulia, as Jason Isbell points out, also makes for an incredibly appropriate name for Phish’s lighting designer.
