Here’s Why You Heard “Tweezer Reprise” at the New York Rangers Game Last Night

November 09, 2017

If you were watching the New York Rangers play last night either on television or in the stands at Madison Square Garden, you probably heard the very familiar riff of "Tweezer Reprise" played over the PA. No, you weren't having a Baker's Dozen flashback, it was actually happening.

Jared Scharff, who you may know as a member of the Saturday Night Live house band, was in the building last night and jammed with in-house organist and known Phish fan Chad Dinzes, with the two including a foray into one of Phish's very best show-stoppers. Scharff also shared a video of him doing as much on Instagram.

Watch below.
