Here’s the Mega “Rockin’ in the Free World” Superjam from the Rock Hall Induction

May 9, 2017

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony closed with a big ol’ jam on Neil Young’s “Rockin’ in the Free World” led by the members of Pearl Jam, who welcomed fellow inductees Journey and Yes to the stage as well as members of Rush and Dhani Harrison.

The guitar-heavy performance was supposed to have its writer present, but Young pulled out of inducting Pearl Jam at the last minute due to illness. David Letterman emerged from the woods to fill in.
