Umphrey’s McGee did their part to pay tribute to the late Butch Trucks following his sudden passing as the band tasked Joel Cummins with performing “Jessica” to start off the encore in New Haven, CT.
For his part, Cummins performed admirably with a heartfelt, intimate rendition of one of the Brothers’ best known tunes. Watch below.
