Future Islands Returned to Late Night TV and All is Right in the World Again

There aren’t many things to smile about these days, but Sam T Herring’s signature dance moves returning to a television near you is most definitely a welcome sight.
Future Islands hit the stage last night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to debut their new single “Ran” from the forthcoming The Far Field, marking their first studio output since 2014’s stellar Singles. Of course, the driving synth line of the tune led to Herring burning a hole in the dance floor and all of a sudden this crazy world makes a little more sense.
