There is no hiding the fact that Pearl Jam’s Wrigley Field concert film, directed by Danny Clinch, will heavily rely on the band’s intimate connection to the city of Chicago as well as the town’s recently bejeweled baseball team. But it appears as if you won’t have to have a direct rooting interest to really enjoy the upcoming Let’s Play Two documentary. 

If the trailer is any hint, you’re going to be told the incredible story of Eddie Vedder coming home to Chicago to play one of the most iconic ballparks in the world during one of the most historic seasons in sports history. It’s sure to pull at your heart strings as Clinch captures the moment Vedder knew the Cubs were finally World Series champions and various clips of the band talking about the importance of the show.
