Dave Grohl got a big surprise when he and drummer Taylor Hawkins appeared on the Swedish television show Skavlan when the paramedic (who actually turns out to be a Swedish doctor) who held his leg in place after a scary fall in Stockholm emerged unexpectedly. 

After recounting the story of his fall, the host of the show told Grohl that his doctor was in fact here tonight, and brought him out to chat about that day. As it turns out, Johan is also a huge Foo Fighters fan and joked that Grohl was impatient because he wanted to return to the stage. “As it turns out, it was my lucky day too,” Johan said about then getting to remain on stage with Grohl for the rest of the show.
