Beck and The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger Rock Central Park (A Gallery)

July 03, 2014

Beck brought his Morning Phase tour to Central Park's Summerstage on Tuesday night for a special sold-out show following his show at Hammerstein Ballroom the previous night. Opening with a blistering "Devil's Haircut," Beck mixed old with new as he intertwined more delicate cuts ("Blue Moon," "Wave") with his classics ("Loser," "Girl," "E-Pro").

The show closed with an extended "Where It's At" with Sean Lennon (who opened the show with his band The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger) jumping out on tambourine for the end of the tune that included a snippet of The Rolling Stones' "Miss You." Bill Kelly shared some images from the show.
