Soul Food, the long-anticipated second album from The Word is set for release on May 4. Robert Randolph, John Medeski and North Mississippi Allstars (Luther Dickinson, Cody Dickinson and Chris Chew) reunite for the follow-up to their 2001 self-titled debut, offering an additional helping of their trademark roof-raising, gospel-infused boogie.
