Someone should show this video to all the folks at the coiermcmal fitness clubs who sit on the bicycles and talk on their cellphones. They like watching TV while training anyway. That is exactly why I quit paying for a gym membership and workout at home. For the price of a year’s membership you can buy most of the equipment you need. For the price of two years’ membership, you’re totally set up with a power rack and everything. The advantage of working out at home is that you can thrash and violate yourself in all sorts of ungodly ways. Try that in a coiermcmal setting, and you’ll get someone tapping you on the shoulder asking you to keep it down, or to go easy on the equipment, or whatever. On another note, I bought Men’s Health Power Training about eight months ago. As a workout manual and training philosophy, it is simply unsurpassed. Keep on thrashing Coach.
