kathy jean Good Evening Ryan,Hope you are feeling okay and all is going okay too.Like the Wall Street sartecery, (N.Y. Stock Exchange), I used to be, just a Reminder, if I may, since you are away from Home awww and doing alot of travelling these days.Drink lots of water each day.If you believe in vitamins, please take them. They give us a BOOST!!! : )Eat Fresh Fruit like a peach, an apple, a pear, grapes, an orange, a banana and Veggies too each day along with a nice Lean Protein like a chicken breast or a chicken salad tossed with a dark green Romain lettuce the darker the greens the better for you like spinach, broccoli, green beans and peas.Oh, how could one like myself being Italian, French and a quarter Irish : ) forget to mention a Bigga-Peets-uh Pie uh every now and then. And, Oh so Yummy!!!!! : )Not sure if you like all of the above, Ryan, but they will do you GOOD! : )And if ever, and hopefully not, your throat is sore .a fine gentleman from the Caribbean once told me to have a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar .it’s sweeter than the regular vinegar and comes in a bottle and can be sooooo soothing.And, please be Streetwise .Keep your Wits about ya .there’s alot of NUTS out there!And lastly, .Rest ..You want to Get Your Proper Rest, please.The candle is lit!!!And the candle is also lit for more Peace and Love and Understanding of one another and in the World.
