Keller Williams : Kids

SCI Fidelity

Long hallowed as one of the jamband scene’s most eclectic, inventive and dynamic performers, Keller Williams returns with a 14-track album of delightful tunes for children, which are fun (“Because I Said So”), comforting (“Car Seat”), inclusive (“Horse Back Rider”), joyful (“Mama Tooted”) and never condescending (“Soakie von Soakerman”). This project weaves in the fabric of Williams’ eccentric muse, as well, with unexpected yet charming interludes including a brief sequence in “Good Advice” when the musician teases his very young backup singers to repeat a chorus, but “now in Chinese” to round out a wonderful new set geared to the young heart in all of us.
