Audio Premiere: Bow Thayer & Perfect Trainwreck "Inside Joke"

Bow Thayer and Perfect Trainwreck will release their new album, Eden, on March 5. This is the third release from the Vermont-based group whose music has been described as “Green Mountain soul” and “modern backwoods music.” The recording was co-produced and engineered by Justin Guip, Chief Engineer at Levon Helm Studios where we won three Grammys. Helm himself appeared behind the kit on Bow Thayer and Perfect Trainwreck’s Spend It All release, while Thayer performed at a half-dozen of Helm’s Midnight Rambles over the years. Today we are premiering “Inside Joke” from the forthcoming album, the first from the group since 2011’s Bottom of the Sky which appeared on both the Americana Music Association’s Top 100 Albums and the Roots Music Report’s Top Rock Albums charts.
