The Return of David Bowie

David Bowie’s last studio album was 2003’s Reality. Over the intervening years rumors continued to swirl that perhaps he had stopped recording new music. As it turns out news of his retirement was greatly exaggerated. Bowie’s 30th studio album, The Next Day will be released in March by Iso/Columbia Records. In the interim, today, on the occasion of Bowie’s 66th birthday the first single has surfaced. “Where Are We Now?” is available via iTunes. The Next Day, produced by steady Bowie collaborator Tony Visconti, can be pre-ordered as well. The tracklisting of the forthcoming record (and the deluxe version) appears below.
